Our flagship group programme is designed for anyone who wants to lead with more confidence, clarity and calm, and in a way that actually works for your brain.

It’s neuroinclusive by design, created for anyone stepping into leadership, wanting to grow their self-leadership or navigating existing leadership roles.

We take the best of traditional leadership coaching with approaches that make learning more engaging, more supportive and far more human. The programme is delivered through an ADHD-informed lens, which means it’s practical, flexible and tailored to real-life challenges. You don’t need to have ADHD to benefit.

Managing your energy like a leader: pacing, rest and rhythm.

Emotional regulation and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD)

Responding (not reacting), understanding emotional dysregulation, navigating RSD.

Week 6

Confidence and growth mindset
Reframing your inner critic, building self-belief, unmasking perfectionism.

Week 7

Motivation and goals
Understanding interest-based motivation, ADHD-friendly goal setting. reducing overwhelm.

Week 8

Feedback
Giving and receiving feedback effectively (without spiralling).

Week 9

Communication and influence
Building trust, flexing style, authentically influencing without burnout.

Week 10

Review and reflect, and intentions
Celebrating growth, setting intentions, building sustainable habits.

Each module includes breakout rooms, group discussion and reflective coaching questions.
