Your questions, answered
We know working with a coach or investing in workplace training can feel like a big step. Here are some of the most common questions we’re asked about ADHD coaching, our leadership programme and how we work with organisations.
For individuals
No. The people I work with are late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed or curious. If you recognise ADHD traits and want support that fits how your brain works, you’re welcome here.
Mostly adults who are navigating ADHD alongside careers, life and a very full brain.
We start with a free 30-minute discovery call.
If we decide to work together, coaching sessions are online and 60 minutes long. We’ll create a flexible plan around your pace, energy and goals. After each session, you’ll leave with insights, practical tools and small steps you actually want to take.
ADHD coaching helps you understand your brain and create strategies that fit how you think, feel and work. It’s not about “fixing” you, it’s about working with your strengths, reducing overwhelm and building confidence. Research shows ADHD coaching improves focus, self-belief, organisation and wellbeing.
Coaching is forward-looking and practical. We focus on where you are now and where you want to go. Therapy often explores the past and heals deeper trauma. Coaching can complement therapy, and we'll always signpost if we think therapy might be more appropriate.
Anything that feels important to you. Common themes include processing a recent diagnosis, focus and prioritisation, emotional regulation, confidence, leadership challenges, career direction, relationships at work and burnout recovery.
For individuals, 1:1 coaching packages start at £750 for 6 sessions (paid upfront). Instalment plans are available and I accept Access to Work. Some employers fund coaching through wellbeing or professional development budgets, or will consider contributing as part of a reasonable adjustment.
Yes. I accept Access to Work funding.
Absolutely. Leadership isn’t just about job titles. The programme is for ADHDers and ADHD-trait professionals who want to influence, inspire and show up with confidence - whether that’s in work or in life.
Yes. Most of my work is online, so I can support clients internationally (time zones permitting).
For organisations
Mostly medium-sized organisations with brilliant people teams who want to support neurodivergent employees and reduce risk of burnout or attrition. I also work with start-ups, marketing agencies, charities and forward-thinking corporates.
Popular sessions include:
- ADHD in the workplace
- Neuroinclusive leadership
- Psychological safety for neurodivergent employees
- Inclusive feedback and communication
- Supporting team members with executive function challenges
All sessions are tailored to your needs and culture.
I’m CPD certified as a coach, and my training is evidence-based, trauma-aware and well-reviewed, but it’s not formally CPD-accredited (yet).
Yes. I provide consultancy and coaching for organisations that want to move beyond awareness sessions to measurable change. That might mean reviewing manager capability, the employee experience or supporting with an internal communication programme.
Yes. I deliver talks and Q&As to support national awareness days and internal events.
Yes. Many organisations fund coaching or training this way. I can provide template justification emails, quotes and invoices to make the process easier.
About working together
Book a free discovery call. We’ll talk through what’s going on for you (or your organisation), what kind of support might help, and whether we’re the right fit. No pressure, no hard sell - just a space to explore.
Yes. Each year, I offer a limited number of fully funded coaching places and leadership programme spots for people in career transition or facing financial barriers.
Absolutely. Whether it’s a one-off workshop, ongoing coaching, or a neuroinclusion initiative, I’ll work with you to design something that fits your goals, culture and capacity.
