At The Good Space, we offer compassionate 1:1 and group coaching for adults with ADHD (diagnosed, self-identified or curious) who want to feel less overwhelmed and start thriving in life and at work.

Does this sound like you?

I’ve been there. Being diagnosed later in life finally helped me understand why things felt harder and that it wasn’t a lack of effort.

Once you understand your ADHD, it can be empowering and life-changing.

What is ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaching isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you understand your ADHD and finding ways forward that actually work for you.

It gives you space to think clearly – without judgement – and explore tools, language and support that help you move forward.

Group ADHD coaching

If you’d like support alongside others who get it, group coaching offers a practical and more cost-effective option.

Over 6 weeks, we meet virtually (Tuesdays, 4.30–6.00 pm) to explore practical tools, gentle accountability and shared experiences of living and working with ADHD.

Week 1 - emotional regulation

Understand why ADHD brains feel things so intensely and what’s happening in your nervous system when emotions spike.

You’ll learn grounding techniques and simple, practical ways to respond rather than react, so those moments feel easier to navigate.

Learn why strengths-based approaches work brilliantly for ADHD brains and how to use your strengths more intentionally day-to-day.

You’ll identify your natural strengths, discover how you work best and use these insights to feel more confident, motivated and energised.

Learn how to activate motivation with ADHD – using sustainable approaches that work with your brain.

You’ll get tools to start tasks more easily, keep momentum going and build gentle accountability that helps you follow through without overwhelm.

Understand why people-pleasing shows up with ADHD and how to protect your energy – without guilt.

You’ll learn small, doable boundary-setting approaches and script prompts that feel kind, safe and sustainable.

Explore your natural energy rhythms and what drains or fuels you – in work and life.

You’ll learn practical tools to prevent burnout and create more balance in your day-to-day life.

Build routines, habits and systems that suit your brain – not rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches.

You’ll learn simple, flexible structures that help you feel more organised without feeling boxed-in.

What’s included

  • 6 x 90-minute live group coaching sessions
Every Tuesday from 4.30–6.00 pm (UK time).

Each session includes ADHD-friendly learning around the topic, gentle coaching and reflection, a Q&A, plus a small-group breakout discussion so you can explore tools and strategies together.

  • A small, supportive group of like-minded ADHDers – max 10 people
A group is intentionally kept small, so you never feel lost in the crowd. There’s space to speak, ask questions and build trust.
  • Weekly practical tools + reflection prompts
Simple, flexible resources to help you apply what you learn straight away. Without any pressure.
  • A private WhatsApp community
A supportive place to ask questions, share reflections and wins, and get encouragement between sessions.
