ADHD group coaching programme

Tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck or full of ideas you can’t follow through on?

It isn’t always about more effort – sometimes we just need the right kind of support.

This 6-week group coaching programme is designed to help you understand your ADHD better and make everyday life – at home and at work – feel easier.

You’ll get practical tools and ADHD-friendly strategies, and be part of a small community (max 10 people) where you can learn and share in a supportive space.

The next group is planned for later this year.

This programme is currently being refined behind the scenes.

Join the waitlist if you’d like to be the first to hear when the next cohort opens.

Who this programme is for

If you’re here because life feels harder than it needs to be, you’re not alone. This group is designed for anyone with ADHD traits who wants things to feel easier, calmer and more manageable.

  • You feel overwhelmed more often than you’d like, even with small everyday tasks.

  • You struggle with motivation, starting things or keeping momentum.

  • You want better emotional regulation and fewer spirals.

  • You’re tired of people-pleasing and want boundaries that feel safe and doable.

  • Your energy is unpredictable and burnout feels too close for comfort.

  • You want flexible routines and structure that work with your brain (not against it).

  • You want to feel more confident, capable and understood.

  • You want a supportive space with people who get it, so you don’t have to mask.

What you’ll learn over 6 weeks

This programme is designed to help you understand your ADHD, feel calmer and build practical tools that genuinely work for your brain – not against it.

Each week combines ADHD-friendly learning, coaching, gentle reflection and real-life strategies you can start using straight away.

Week 1 - emotional regulation

Understand why ADHD brains feel things so intensely and what’s happening in your nervous system when emotions spike.

You’ll learn grounding techniques and simple, practical ways to respond rather than react, so those moments feel easier to navigate.

Learn why strengths-based approaches work brilliantly for ADHD brains and how to use your strengths more intentionally day-to-day.

You’ll identify your natural strengths, discover how you work best and use these insights to feel more confident, motivated and energised.

Learn how to activate motivation with ADHD – using sustainable approaches that work with your brain.

You’ll get tools to start tasks more easily, keep momentum going and build gentle accountability that helps you follow through without overwhelm.

Understand why people-pleasing shows up with ADHD and how to protect your energy – without guilt.

You’ll learn small, doable boundary-setting approaches and script prompts that feel kind, safe and sustainable.

Explore your natural energy rhythms and what drains or fuels you – in work and life.

You’ll learn practical tools to prevent burnout and create more balance in your day-to-day life.

Build routines, habits and systems that suit your brain – not rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches.

You’ll learn simple, flexible structures that help you feel more organised without feeling boxed-in.
